Denim Ruffle Neck - Upcycled Shirt 22 - M, Cotton, Dark Blue

This blouse is made from pure cotton, upcycled from a man's shirt. 
It has a relaxed fit, a cropped length, snap buttons closure, 3/4 sleeves, a ruffle neck, and floral detailing in the cuffs (from leftover fabric).
