Vintage and pre-loved clothing may show minor signs of wear and tear from their previous lives. At Olivias Garderob, we try our best to describe an item as accurately and in as much detail as possible, and we include any visible flaws in the product description. We want to ensure that you know exactly what you are purchasing. In addition, we answer any questions within 24 hrs.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but it's the customer’s responsibility to check our product descriptions and measurements carefully prior to checkout. 

Returns are accepted if the item doesn’t match the description given, shows no signs of wear or washing, and is returned to us within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be issued as soon as the item is received and takes 1-4 business days.
