At Olivias Garderob, we try our best to describe an item as accurately and in as much detail as possible and we include any visible flaws in the product description. We want to ensure that you know exactly what you are purchasing. In addition, we answer any question in less than 24 hrs.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but it's the customer’s responsibility to check our product descriptions and measurements carefully prior to checkout. 

Returns are only accepted if the item doesn’t match the description given, not showing any signs of being worn or being washed, and need to be returned to us within 7 days after you receive the goods,
