RETURN AND REFUNDS

We want you to feel satisfied with your order! :) That's why you can return it for a full refund (within 14 days from the moment you receive your product) but the cost of the shipping is on you.

Due to the nature of a small business and the negative impact of a return, we ask you to carefully check the measurements and feel free to ask us any question you have about the product, we'll answer back in less than 24 hours.

Usually it takes between 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order and we ship with tracking number in our eco-friendly packages worldwide from Lund, Sweden using PostNord Logistics :)

We charge a flat rate but you can get Free Shipping if you buy two items (for orders with a total cost of €35 and up), using the code FREESHIPPING*

For clothing:

Sweden: €6
Europe and the rest of the world: €12

For scrunchies:

Everywhere: €6

EU SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times vary, depending on the destination. Orders within Sweden typically arrive in 2-3 business days after the package has shipped. Within Europe, parcels are usually delivered 2–6 days after being handed in (some delays are expected since the coronavirus).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders outside the EU, delivery time averages between 7-21 days. Customs and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. So, it's important to familiarize yourself with your country’s customs fees before purchasing.

Olivias Garderob is not responsible for these charges or any delay in the package due to customs.

COVID-19

Due to current situation the transport of parcels may take longer than normal. And still there are some countries with restrictions in transport capacity throughout the world so please feel free to contact me if you live outside Europe to see the possibilities for shipping to your country.
